What We Offer
Our stylists are W2 commissioned employees, receiving 43% of your services.
Our support includes Booking Assistance, Inventory Management, full back bar, and Digital Marketing from fellow professionals that work for your success.
Restructuring Salon Norms
At OAK BRUSH, we celebrate growth, especially through continued education, service ticket totals and booked books.
With an established presence in the Durango community, we welcome 75 - 100 new clients each month - and we encourage them to book with you.
With growth comes opportunities to increase pricing and create a schedule that works best for your work/life balance.
Experience one-on-one quarterly meetings with leadership, a 90 Day Onboarding Program and training in popular services that our clients book and love!
All backbar and retail are provided, including clean color and trusted products from Keune Haircosmetics. You bring yourself and your tools.
90 Day Onboarding
For your first 90 days, you’re trained in the OAK BRUSH way - understanding our culture, expectations and popular services.
During your Onboarding, you’ll work within our salon hours
Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
This ensures you have support in the salon as a new employee.
At the end of your 90 Days, you’re free to work Monday - Saturday, any days that are best for your schedule.
We also review pricing, client retention and continued areas of growth for your future at OAK BRUSH.
Be Free to Do You
Experience true flexibility - competitively charge your worth, while creating a work schedule that works for you and your clients.
And with our Open Door policy, you have the freedom to work other opportunities (weddings, other salons, at-home services).
Our trusted stylists create their own schedules, working either part time or full time.
Established team members can request time off as needed.
