Cancellation Policy

We understand that time is valuable - in order to keep providing the best possible scheduling options for our clients, while honoring our stylists, we enforce our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Haircut Services (24 hours)

Cancelling/rescheduling haircut appointments within 24 hours of your service requires 50% payment of the cancelled service. Missing your appointment without notice (NO SHOW) requires 50% payment of the missed service.

  • Payment will not be applied to the future appointment

  • Payment will be collected on the day of the cancellation/no-show

  • All fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments

  • In the case of emergencies, we provide a three week grace period to reschedule with the same stylist. After three weeks, we will require 50% cancellation fee

OAK BRUSH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should a cancellation occur, a new appointment will be scheduled without any additional fees, subject to availability.

Color, Extensions, Chemical Services (48 hours)

Cancelling/rescheduling appointment within 48 hours of your service requires 50% payment of the cancelled service. Missing your appointment without notice (NO SHOW) requires 50% payment of the missed service.

  • Payment will not be applied to the future appointment

  • Payment will be collected on the day of the cancellation/no-show

  • All fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments

Late Policy / Rescheduling Fee

Arriving late for your appointment limits our time to provide you with a complete OAK BRUSH service. If you arrive between 1 - 10 minutes late, we may need to alter your service for the allotted time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule and requires a 50% payment of the missed service. The payment will not be applied to the future appointment.

Rescheduling fee must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. 

Refund / Service Adjustment Policy

At OAK BRUSH, our stylists pride themselves on providing exceptional service.

If the final look of your service is not to your liking, we offer a complimentary adjustment by the original stylist. Please notify us within 10 days of your service.

We do not offer refunds on salon services or service gratuity.

Adjustments brought to our attention after 10 days, or large adjustments, may require a Color Fee or additional service cost.

We do ask that you return to the salon for additional consultation and to visually inspect the hair. Your adjustment will then be scheduled with priority, with as much flexibility as the stylist’s schedule can provide.
