Snow Policy
Please call us if you can’t make your appointment due to snow and we will reschedule you, waiving the rescheduling fee.
If you decide to cancel your appointment, we will follow through with our cancellation policy.
Missing your appointment without notice (NO SHOW) requires 50% payment of the missed service.
The salon will plan to stay open, unless otherwise noted. If your stylist cannot make it in, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellation, No-Show Policies
Haircut Services (24 hours notice)
Color, Extensions, Treatments (48 hours notice)
Cancelling, rescheduling appointments within the cancellation window requires 50% payment of the cancelled service.
Missing your appointment without notice (NO SHOW) requires 50% payment of the missed service.
Payment will not be applied to the future appointment
Payment is collected day of the cancellation/no-show
All fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments
OAK BRUSH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should a cancellation occur, a new appointment will be scheduled without any additional fees, subject to availability.
Late Policy / Rescheduling
If you arrive between 1 - 10 minutes late, we may need to alter your service for the allotted time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we’ll reschedule you and charge the rescheduling fee (50%).
Rescheduling fee is not applicable to future appointments, and must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
Refund / Service Adjustment Policy
Our stylists pride themselves on providing exceptional service.
If the final look of your service is not to your liking, we offer a complimentary adjustment by the original stylist. Please notify us within 10 days of your service.
We do not offer refunds on salon services or service gratuity.
Adjustments brought to our attention after 10 days, or large adjustments, may require a Color Fee or additional service cost.
We ask that you return to the salon for an additional in-person consultation, to visually inspect the hair and determine the next service. Your adjustment will then be scheduled with priority, with as much flexibility as the stylist’s schedule can provide.
Kids Color Services
To protect the integrity of their hair, we do not offer any services with lightening (bleach) for people younger than 15 years old.
We can apply semi-permanent color, with parent permission, as long as the hair doesn’t need any lightening for the color to take.
