The Details

  • ✽

    90 day program for the ambitious. Strengthen your haircutting skills, improve color efficiency, gain client retention, experience a lively salon environment and more

  • ✽

    $15/hour paid position. Take your own clients at apprentice pricing, earning tips and eventually commission

  • ✽

    Available minimum 3 days a week. Must be available Tuesdays for classroom style education. Remaining days are on-the-floor education or for taking clients

  • ✽

    Learn the importance of salon support - communicate with clients, maintain clean salon appearance, practice professionalism in our community

  • ✽

    Social media and marketing guidance, with time to create content and collaborate with the strong OAK BRUSH online presence

  • ✽

    Access to OAK BRUSH Stylist Portal with continued education, product education, marketing tips and business building techniques

  • ✽

    1 Model haircut and/or color service required each week. Model service will focus on topic of the week - pixie haircut, color placement, blowouts, etc

  • ✽

    Back bar included - wash, styling and color products, from Keune Hair Cosmetics

  • ✽

    Have your growth featured on our website and Google profile, continued marketing on your success

Howdy friends, I’m Lauryn Williams, owner of OAK BRUSH. I’m excited to share with you all that I know, especially in building a loyal client base and efficiency behind the chair!

I love to work with my hands - different textures and colors make me giddy. With an eye for design and attention to detail, I don’t believe I’ll ever feel the need to leave the craft of hair. I’m one of the lucky ones, as I always knew what I wanted to do and was open to where it could take me.
